1920s silk and lace night gown

This is a very soft, creamy silk night gown, vintage 1920s. It is in beautiful condition except for the small stain on the lower front (may be removable, I am just not the one to attempt it.) The only place where the lace is loose, can easily be repaired. It is about a size 3 and measures 50" from top of shoulder to bottom of lace hem. Normally, this would go for $100+ but, since it does have the stain, I have lowered the price by more than 50%.

This is a virtually unused Corning electric percolator. There is no cord but all the other parts are here. I do not know if the pot still works, but it appears to have never been used.
